DAY OF COORDINATION SERVICES 
 

  • Two In Person Consultation (One in which all details are finalized)

  • Attend Ceremony site to gather clarity of the direction and flow of your wedding

  • Coordinate ceremony flow with officiant and venue manager

  • Confirmation with venders following the event date and times

  • Provide a Timeline for vendors

  • Access to staff by phone or email 1 month prior to the event

  • 1-2 Hour coordination of wedding rehearsal

  • Gather decor items from wedding or reception that may belong to bride

  • Oversee setup and breakdown of the event site
